Although we aim to keep all items in stock available for you to purchase all the time, we do sometimes sell out of a popular item. If the Nuggz you want are showing as "Out of Stock" it means you have great taste and that we are waiting for more of them to be manufactured. Please email us on shop@nuggz.com to find out when we will be able to fulfill your wish
NuggZ boots are made of 100% natural materials that are a bi-product we therefore cannot guarantee that the skin colour you order will be always be available. In which case NuggZ will advise you and you will have the option of changing colour or canceling.
As Sheepskin is a natural product there may be some irregularities and variations in texture and colour. These traits are characteristic of fine sheepskin and will not be considered as a fault.

Every footwear manufacturer interprets international footwear sizes slightly differently. We have made every attempt to provide accurate size conversion information. However if an item of footwear is not a good fit we will happily replace it with another as long as they are returned as sent and in a timely manner.
Note: Sheepskin boots should be an initial tight fit as they stretch a lot more than standard leather footwear with wear.

For regular stock items we will happily allow you to change or cancel an order up to the time of dispatch.

Most items are kept in stock and are usually dispatched within one week of your payment being received.
You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your order has been dispatched or if any prolonged delay is expected.

Your purchase will be posted using the postal service you select at the time of ordering.

Some countries, particularly UK/Europe and Canada, may charge you a Customs duty/charge and/or local tax. These, plus any charge made by the postal service for their collection, are the responsibility of the recipient and cannot be pre-paid.

If your purchase are damaged during shipping, please keep the original packaging and make a claim by e-mailing us on info@nuggz.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We cannot be held responsible if we are not informed within this timeframe as we have to be prompt in making a claim on our postal insurance.

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return them unused in the original packaging for an exchange or refund of the product purchase price (excluding the original shipping expense incurred when sending you the item). All refunds are made using the same method of payment used at time of purchase.
Please note, that because NuggZ sheepskins and Cowskins are natural products, small marks cannot be considered a manufacturing fault. Such marks will not affect the performance of the footwear.
NuggZ will exchange or refund your purchase within 10 days of the original product being returned and received by NuggZ. Products must be unworn and in the same condition in which you received them. To obtain a return authorisation, please email your request to info@nuggz.com
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, unless the item(s) ordered are faulty from defective materials and/or workmanship, or not as per your order. Where the item(s) is faulty or not as per ordered, we will provide a replacement or repair at no cost to the customer.
