Terms & Conditions - Wholesale

These terms are for wholesale orders only

• Orders are required to be a minimum of 40 pairs of adult or childrens boots. With the minimum quantity of any one product being 2 pairs.
• Orders must be placed before the 15th of every month for delivery to be completed by the 30th of the following month e.g. order placed on 15th of June 2007 will be dispatched from NZ on 30th July 2007
• Please note that Christmas shop deliveries should be ordered before 31 August.
• NuggZ boots are made of 100% natural materials that are a bi-product we therefore cannot guarantee that the skin colour you order will be available within the above period. In which case NuggZ will advise you and you will have the option of changing colour or canceling.
• By using our site www.nuggz.com you accept our terms and conditions of business set out under Shipping & Returns, Privacy Notice and Conditions of Service.
• NuggZ operate under New Zealand law of the Fair Trading Act (FTA) and the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA). These protect you against being misled or treated unfairly by traders or shops by prohibiting what is called "misleading or deceptive conduct, false representations and unfair practices."
